The entire process was really easy! Kyle was quick to communicate, he let me know about the windshield ahead of time and was really quick to answer all of my questions. He was also flexible with a last second change on my end! Car was clean, in great condition and drove excellently!

Pick up was great, easy and car went but honestly was very disappointed the windshield was cracked for a client meeting and was embarrassing and frankly unacceptable. Would have been good to know ahead of time I would have picked a different car.

Thank you for your feedback, Jared. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The windshield was damaged during the previous rental, and I wasn’t able to have it repaired before your trip. I also should have let you know before check-in. I’ve since updated my process to notify guests in advance of any vehicle issues. I appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.
