The car was a great addition to our trip to Chicago, we flew in from Texas to visit family. It was an easy booking process and easy steps to access the car. Overall experience was great with the vehicle, and the host was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. I only rate four stars out of five due to a two hour delay for us to access the vehicle due to the primary keys being lost prior to our arrival from when we landed in Chicago. Besides that everything was good from the host. I would book again when we visit again.
