Very good communication, original vehicle had a engine light come on being prepared and called and offered to switch to a vehicle similar with no lights

Had a great experience... the host was very kind and flexible... i had a few issues with my trip and had to leave early... and she handled it with ease... the car was great... very clean and spacious... loved the sunroof... wish I could have spent more time enjoying it... over all just great sevice
