I wanted to thank the hosts for their quick response and efficient solutions. The car unfortunately had a strong odor of a smoked substance. They were wonderful in helping me swap out to another car the very next day to avoid interruptions on my trip. No issues with the new car. Will definitely consider them for my next car rental. Please note that while the hosts do not allow smoking in the cars, they have no control over how the car is returned. They did try an ozone machine.
