Jose was an incredibly gracious car host who went above and beyond to accommodate. Can't recommend him enough!
Steve and his wife were fantastic guests. Despite an unexpected flat tire on the way to the airport, they remained calm, communicative, and understanding throughout. They kindly declined my offer to cover an Uber and handled the situation themselves with patience and a positive attitude. They were a pleasure to host, and I’d gladly rent to them again. Highly recommended!

The host was great—very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.
There was a fairly strong odor in the car during my rental. The host did acknowledge this and mentioned they’re planning to switch to different air fresheners that don’t have a marijuana-like scent, which I appreciated them being upfront about.
Pick-up and drop-off were both simple and convenient, with clear instructions that made everything easy to navigate. One small thing to keep in mind is that when exiting the parking garage at the end of your trip, you may need to pay a few dollars out of pocket (around $3 more than what’s provided), so it’s good to be prepared for that.
