Car smelled like smoke, and the drop off was difficult.

In response to the smoke was from the previous rental. Tried to get rid of as best I can. I informed the customer of that. And the drop off was attempted at 8:45 ahead of drop off time which was 9am. I had no control over that.
Was very polite and was able to accommodate my early drop off time. The car was very clean and gave me no issues. I would definitely book again! Thanks so much!
