Overall, a good experience! We had to wait about an hour at pickup because the driver’s license verification hadn’t been approved in advance. I’d recommend uploading your license early and messaging the host to remind them to check it before pickup.
The host responded immediately when we contacted him and was very helpful. The windshield was dirty and the washer fluid was empty, but he personally cleaned the glass with water. Really appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to help!
