Great car. Super clean. Convenient exchange. Only issue was that the range was 100 miles less than what the listing says. I specifically rented the long range since I needed to drive about 230 miles and I didn't have time to charge in between. The range was supposed to be 327. I prepaid for the charge but I only had about 200 miles on it and had to spend an hour and a half charging. Which I will also be receiving a bill for. The expectation is also to pay for parking during pickup at the airport which was never mentioned till the pickup moment.

Hi Ketan, I'm glad you liked the car and I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. However, as I stated before, the extra you purchased allowed you to return the car without fully recharging. It doesn't say the car will be dropped off with 100% charge. I try to provide the car close with close to 80% charge (~240 miles), which is what you received it at. Any more than that and guests have to worry about incurring additional congestion fees when charging to return the vehicle. 80% is also the standard.
