The car was fine. The reason for the bad review is that I turned in the car 10 hours early and I was not credited a penny. That’s not right. I am a first time user and was not aware of “policies”…..policies that are put in place to feed the greed that is plaguing this country. At the end of the day, I returned the car 10 hours earlier and I should have been credited money for that exact reason.
Turo car rental policy is based on days. If you return the car 10 hours in advance, it will not affect your rental fee.If you have any questions about the cost, please contact customer service.
