The host was absolutely amazing!! Communication was awesome, the car was even better. Host was able to accommodate a 4hr late train for pickup. Car was waiting for us at Union Station. This is our 10th trip through Chicago & was the easiest pickup & drop-off. If you are using trains or planes this host is Awesome.
