Much appreciated, vehicle was returned in the same neat and tidy condition as it was delivered to them.
Unfortunately had to cut our trip early due to car tire problems. We even had to take the car to the dealership on rented time to get no answer for the owner. Delivery and pick up were both late. No jack or key for lug nut in the car. Overall, an unfortunate and bad time.

"Flat tires can happen to any vehicle" - this is what guest Markos said while returning the car and he was much appreciative of our support. However, after 3-4 day of the trip he decided to leave a negative review which is very disappointing.
Fact of the matter is after Markos retuned the car we noticed not 1 but 3 tires had low psi. Service Technician found pieces of Broken Glass in all the 3 tires. That means Markos was carelessly driving or was off roading which is illegal as per TURO policy
Car was not delivered on time. The excuse was there was bad traffic. Plan better. Caused me to miss a meeting.
