Car broke down and wouldn’t come out of neutral wasn’t able to use it

This review is based off safety not opinion. The host was good at communicating. Halfway through the beginning of my trip I noticed the tires were bald and one tire had metal sticking out of the rubber . The vehicle had a hard time accelerating past 70. The vehicle smelt of smoke and was dirty. Pick up and drop off location was safe and secure .

Terrible if you tell him the car shakes while starting or has some mechanical issues you would think he would want to address it before the next guest instead he acts lost like he don’t know or as if he just drove the car and it wasn’t doing that. Clearly your cars suck with maintenance from the review And they dirty and smell like smoke. So if you mention this to him he will find a way to get more money out you and send an invoice like he did. Me me.for gas that I took before and after pictures of when I clearly filled the tank. Just petty and weird If you wanna ride dirty this is your guy
