My best friend and I love this rental. The color was great. The car drove well and the house were very attentive to answer. Any questions. I highly recommend this for a girls trip for vacation.

I had three issues that seemed small to the host but was huge factors for me. 1) vehicle was reserved for 3:30pm, but didn't arrive until 4:17pm 2) I had to drive around on my visit with electrical and packing tape adhered to the side panel of the door 3) vehicle wasn't washed. It was wiped in a circular motion that left smudged dirt circles on the vehicle's body, mirrors, and windows. 4)none of these issues were discussed until I brought them up host about the rating that I was leaving because of these things. I was flying in from a different state so I had no time to reschedule another vehicle for my trip. This is unacceptable when renting a vehicle and the advertisement doesn't explain these things or no one communicate these things prior to your arrival to pick up the vehicle. Maybe the next customer will have better luck. Honesty is the best policy!
