Car was really good with no issues. Didn’t know about Turo/Midway drop-off/pickup challenges ahead of time; will know for next time we travel here.
Overall, upfront communication could have been much better prior to pickup. We weren’t messaged until 10:30am morning of trip (when we were already inflight), and even though I had scheduled to have vehicle available by 1:30pm, we had to stand waiting at the departure gate until 2:15pm.
With drop-off, we mitigated the timing because we already experienced it with the pickup. If this trip was given a “do over”, day before communication and timely pickup would’ve made this a 5 star trip.
