The car was great!

The pickup was fine. Easy access and decent location. The quality of the car was not the greatest. Upon opening the car to start my trip, it did smell like weed. The front windshield was cracked and one of the wipers were broken which was not great for when it rained. Also, one of the backseat seatbelts was not there. Despite that, I was in constant communication with the host and he was apologetic about the mishaps.
I apologize that your experience did not meet expectations. The vehicle received a one-hour ozone treatment prior to the trip, and I apologized if any lingering odor remained. All seat belts were present; the center rear seat belt is stored in the headliner. The wipers are functioning, though I'll be replacing them as a precaution. As for the small windshield crack, it was disclosed and is already scheduled for repair between upcoming bookings. I hope one day to provide you a better experience.
