The pickup was very easy and great instructions. Car just had a lot of animal hair on the seats. Would’ve been nice for that to be vacuumed.

The process was convenient and easy. Carlos was accessible and responsive and the car was clean. However, the previous renter must have smoked in the car and I reported it to Carlos who confirmed that it is a nonsmoking vehicle and that he'd give it a full odor treatment
