Host was great and responsive. There were just quite a few issues with the car that were not anticipated. Tire pressure was low. I did try to replenish the tire air the best I could though. The steering (wheel) was a little unsteady particularly over road bumps. It was like the car was having trouble absorbing even the smallest shock. I let the host know all of this to which he was very apologetic and stated he would look into it. I am not too sure if I would rent this particular vehicle from him again unless I feel confident that these things would not be an issue again. I was a little insecure driving it, especially because it was quite the road trip and quite a decent distance I was going. It is a nice and spacious car, just probably needs more maintenance is all.

I really appreciate your feedback. The guests concerns were valid and vehicle was inspected for those issues. Found that one of the tires had a huge nail, which caused a small leak and wheels were unbalanced where it felt uneasy over bumps. Solution: 4 new tires, wheel balanced, alignment and passed inspection. This solved all the issues the guest brought up. Vehicle drives like it’s brand new. I hope to give you a better experience if you decide to book with me again.
The quality of the car was great the host was amazing no problems at all at pickup he brought the car right to us and the drop off was amazing also I would highly recommend Gabriele for anyone looking to rent from him

Gabriele was an amazing host! Pick up and drop off was smooth and convenient. The car was safe, smooth, and a gas saver. Gabriele was also very communicative. 10/10 I’d recommend!
