The car has a lot clunking/thumping noises coming from the rear axle when driving slow under 20mph around the city. It was annoying and worrisome. There’s no sound when you drive fast. There isn’t car play or navigation available. Car was not as smooth as I thought it would be for a mercedes.

Thanks for your review. The car was checked and another guest had placed a snow removal in the extra tire space. The noise isn’t coming from the axle. There is car play, you just have to plug in the wire in the outlet that’s labeled for car play. Thank you for notified me about the wiper.
Great pickup/dropoff directions for me being a first time Turo user. Would have been 5 stars but the vehicle was advertised as having apple car play/android auto, but didnt seem to. Tried following youtube tutorials for tying in the make/model/year but it was an option and not included for the car.

Hello, the vehicle does have car play. You have to plug in the wire on the passenger side instead of the driver and it automatically connects. This was also mentioned to you via messages.
