The overall experience as a 1st time customer was good. Picking up car was pretty much seamless with a couple of minor technical issues that were resolved on the spot.
Car did have a weed smell but nothing major.
Was not able to get a response from the host but later let me know why. I appreciated the response nonetheless.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Refuel the vehicle
Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
