I requested airport pickup, and the host asked if it would be okay to leave the vehicle in the airport parking lot instead of waiting for my flight to arrive. I agreed to accommodate the host so they wouldn't have to spend time circling the airport.
Unfortunately, the agreed pickup time was 5:00 PM, but the vehicle was dropped off at approximately 8:00 AM. As a result, I had to pay $79 in airport parking fees to retrieve the vehicle. I brought this to the host's attention, but I never received a response regarding the issue.
Once I located the vehicle, I noticed a mild smoke odor despite the listing stating it was a smoke-free vehicle. During my drive, I also found several maintenance concerns. The suspension was squeaky, the accelerator had a noticeable delay in response, and the listing advertised blind-spot warning as a safety feature, but it was not functioning.
Overall, my experience was disappointing. The host communicated frequently before the trip but did not follow through when issues arose. If you're charging premium prices, the vehicle and service should reflect that level of quality. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I received.

Never responded, you displayed poor communication, I spoke to you twice and not once did you mention anything about the issues you claim to have had. In the future due be more open to communicating because I pride myself in doing so with each guest.
