This car was wonderful for our quick day trip to Wisconsin. Clean, drove nicely and kept in amazing condition. Hosts are responsive and friendly! Thank you so much! :)

- I booked for 8 days.
-They brought the car LATE to the pickup spot (Midway Airport Terminal garage).
- They brought the car DIRTY AND UNWASHED (presumably straight from the previous rental), dead bugs and everything all over the front and windshield, windows all dirty.
- I requested a car seat but the car seat was just placed inside and NOT INSTALLED so I spent about half an hour figuring out the car and car seat installation. It was more than 1 hour later after pickup time when I could actually seat my family and drive out if the garage (almost had to pay extra parking fee).
- They did not contact Turo or conduct due diligence to make changes to the pickup/drop off times to make up for that 1 hour difference so I had to pay an ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE for a “late return beyond the grace period” the day of the return.
- The car seat’s shoulder straps didn’t have pads so I put on the pads from our stroller to prevent the straps from digging into my baby’s neck. We forgot to take back the shoulder straps pads when returning the car and contacted them about them. They initially found them and said they would mail back at cost to me to which I agreed. After they took no action, I contacted them again but they REFUSED to return them and messaged back “No. Please don’t message us anymore.” I have the screenshots to prove all of this, of course.
Now you decide if you want to live through all of this and start contemplating deleting Turo like I am.

Special kudos to this group of individuals running this operation. There are a couple young men who work particularly hard to maintain and upkeep the vehicles that are available in the host inventory they run a very tight program the garage that they keep is very neat and clean and tidy the cars are all well running and awesome customer service I strongly recommend using the service five stars
