The Car ran great. The host was very attentive to my needs and helped me through the process.

The parking lot pickup was a bit chaotic, but after that the communication was good. Easy person to rent from.
App can use improvement, Ai returned the car at 3 pm today, however did not have the ability to do the checkout in the app until now!! This is 3 hours after the host picked up the car from me in front of the ORD Hilton.
No issues with the host, just the app was not updating correctly and in a timely way.
