Great car and an even better experience. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and drove perfectly the whole trip. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with quick responses and clear instructions that made pickup and drop off super easy. I’d definitely rent again and highly recommend.

This has by far been the worst tiro experience I’ve ever experienced. From the beginning I should have followed my first mind and cancel the entire booking.

I picked up the vehicle from who i thought was Amir but I later find out that it was “his little brother” who i asked a few questions about the vehicle that I was concerned about. Which his brother in confidence told me everything was fine with the vehicle and there was nothing to be worried about.
Well that turned out to be completely false and led me being almost stranded on the side of the road 200 miles away from home.
I called Amir immediately once the issue occurred and he did not get back to me with a response until after 2 hours. After speaking with Amir he did apologize for the inconvenience but showed absolutely no care about my safety. He claimed that he was going to refund me my full reservation amount plus the extra fees Turo charged me because of his lack. He also claimed that he was going to make sure i got home by ordering me a uber and i don’t believe he ever intended on doing so. His only concern was the vehicle and Im sure if i was some naive person he would have had me wait for the tow truck and would have left me on the side of road to fend for my self.

I have been reaching out to Amir i have yet to get response on when i will be getting my refund!

This is what i communicated to Amir via text and if i don’t receive my fullest (plus Turo fees) I will be having my lawyer proceed.

“1. The fact that a faulty vehicle was rented to us is completely unacceptable and placed our safety at risk.
2. I did not receive a return call from you until two hours after I initially reached out this morning to resolve the issue.
3. You did not provide an appropriate solution, other than instructing me to go to Advance Auto Parts to purchase a part that should have already been included and functional in the vehicle.
4. After speaking with the police officer, I was informed that the spare tire in the vehicle does not even match the specifications of the current tires.
5. We clearly communicated that we needed to return to the rental location by 2 PM to ensure we could get back to our destinations safely, yet that concern was not acknowledged.

Given everything that has occurred, I want to note that I have remained patient and respectful throughout this entire situation, despite the inconvenience and risk involved. I will be forwarding all relevant information regarding this matter”
