The great thing about this trip is that even though something happened.. our host got on it immediately and fixed it! There was no blame, no being lazy, or rude. These types of experiences are better than a smooth trip because my family really felt supported. Can’t say thank you enough for your professionalism and hospitality. I’ll definitely be renting with you again when we come back.
