The car was ok. 117k miles and suspension feels it. Overall did the job needed.

Took this suv from Chicago to Kentucky and it was spacious. The car and space were great! Traveled comfortably in it, six people, five adults (1 handicapped in a wheelchair) and one teenager. When I picked up the car, I informed the owner of the battery on the key fob indicating it was low and the tire pressure of one tire being low also but everything else was good. Thank you!

The host was great and communicated well throughout the rental. However, the car itself had some issues during our trip.
Right from picking up the car, we noticed some acceleration issues. The car also started jolting while driving, which continued throughout the trip. There was also a noticeable smell inside the car when we first picked it up that required airing out before we could leave.
Overall, I appreciated the host’s communication, but there were several issues with the vehicle that should be addressed.
