The vehicle was in good condition, and accessing it at the designated location was quick and convenient. I also had the option to extend my rental period, and the process was seamless with no issues.

All was good. Just need to fix camera for backup as in Chicago it is needed very much. But overall good vehicle. We will be taking in consideration ext time we here

Happy with this trip - the car is very nice overall. Pick up and drop was very close to baggage claim which was really convenient. The communication came in a little late for pickup/drop off but was not a big issue. Only things that weren’t perfect about the car is that the backup camera wouldn’t work sometimes, and the rear trunk door wasn’t operational with buttons so you had to pull it open and closed. Not a huge deal but definitely things that would have been nice.
