The 2018 Ford Edge should not be allowed to be rented out!
Opened the door and the cigarette smell was BAD!! It was embedded in the fabric throughout the vehicle. It vibrated hard when the engine was started, and the wheel alignment was not good.
It was a last minute need to rent a vehicle, and it was after 9 pm when we located this vehicle. The cost was a lot for not even 24 hrs rental.
Turo was recommended by a friend, so it was my first time using Turo, and my last.

The rental car smelled like cigarettes, had burn holes, was filthy, and shook during driving. Communication upon drop-off was unclear. I do not recommend this vehicle at all.

If I’m being honest, the vehicle is not worth renting when you drive the vehicle you step on the brakes you get a squeaking noise and a rubbing noise. Then if you stop completely, the vehicle begins to shake while you’re idling at the red light yeah for safety reasons, I would not recommend renting this vehicle only reason why I kept the car is because Turo customer service told I couldn’t get my money back
