Great vehicle

The car was wonderful! It was in great condition. Pickup and dropoff were so easy in transporting my family to/from the airport.
Communication with the host was great!

Thank you so much for your review! I always do my best to make the rental process as smooth and convenient as possible for both you as the guest and me as the host. I truly appreciate your business and look forward to hosting you again!
We have booked this car for a wedding well in advance and communicated. Host didn't send pickup instructions till we got into the flight and try to have us pickup from his shop instead which is 11 miles from airport, but they said its only 5 miles. After I insisted, host said someone made a mistake of giving a free drop to airport and delivered the car late...
Car also smelled of smoke and my guests are non smokers.
This made us to go to wedding dinner late and had very unpleasant experience!!!

We’re disappointed by this review after making several accommodations. We waived our $120 delivery fee and arranged delivery hours before your scheduled trip due to your early flight, despite being short-staffed. Our employee also waited 30 minutes for you. The vehicle was detailed before your trip, though lingering odors from previous guests can be difficult to eliminate. We went above and beyond at no additional cost and feel this review does not accurately reflect the service provided.
Experience was great! Thank you very much!

Great experience with the BMW X7! The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and drove perfectly. Pickup and communication were smooth. Would definitely rent from PB Luxury Imports again!
