We had a very positive experience with this rental. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and exactly what we expected. The host was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the rental.
The only recommendation I would make is to consider offering airport pickup or delivery. We had to travel nearly an hour from the airport to pick up the vehicle, which resulted in additional transportation expenses. Aside from that, everything went smoothly, and we had no issues with the vehicle or the rental process. I would recommend this host and vehicle to others.

Car was nice. This was my first time using turo and it was a great experience. Maxwell was very accommodating. My train was delayed so I had to switch pickup and drop off times. Nothing to Maxwell or Turo, but Chicago traffic and parking CRAZY. Thanks for your patience Maxwell.
