Weird pickup and dropoff process. No lock box to pickup key. Had to meet a guy in person to grab the key. The car was late for pickup. Then a different person came for pickup (a woman). She was also late for drop off to grab the key. I was very confused if I was even allowed to give it to her, as it was a different person I picked up from. Gas tank was below more than half full at pickup.
Car interior was great. Rode great. But the pickup and dropoff issues were a major problem, as was the car not being ready for pickup on time.
