E-pass wasn't working but I was told it was working, I asked him why he told me it was working and he apologized. It caused us a lot of inconveniences on the turnpike. I wouldn't have applied the turnpike if I knew it wasn't working.

The oil-life alert was the routine 10% maintenance reminder, not an indication of an oil issue. The mirrors were functioning normally when inspected.
