Car wa amazing and our host was 5-star. Very responsive and quick to answer messages. The car was clean, full of gas, and right where it was told to me it would be. This was so easy to pick up and return. I would rent from our host again without hesitation.

Very overwhelming experience. The car had multiple issues, including a dry-rotted tire, low oil, and low coolant. I ended up stuck outside of her apartment complex while trying to sort things out with Turo. She stated that the car had updated services, but I had someone inspect it, and they confirmed it was not safe—especially considering I have three kids, one of whom is disabled.
To her credit, she did allow me to end the trip. I’m currently waiting for Turo to assist me with getting another rental.
As we discussed,I was in constant communication with you from 6 AM and did my best to assist.After the trip was ended,I immediately had the vehicle inspected at a service station and no safety issues were found.I also provided full documentation confirming the car was serviced at an official dealer just 500 miles before your trip.The vehicle is about one year old, so concerns like dry-rotted tires or low fluids are very unlikely.You also asked to rent the same car again but it was already booked
