The car was great and the owner was great. The only issue I had was the pick up and drop off destination was a little too far from the airport to make it convenient. It’s about a $30 Uber trip to and from the airport so that $60 needs to be considered when renting the vehicle. There were no rental cars at the airport so this was an excellent alternative to just Uber in the whole week.
Thank you for your feedback and allowing us to provide you with your transportation needs. Unfortunately the inconvenience could have been avoided if you chose airport delivery as an alternative to the Uber to and from the airport for pick up. They would have had similar cost, airport delivery fee vs. two Uber trip. Delivery fee is only $50.
We don’t believe this should have been counted against us as a 4 Star rating for insufficient planning or knowledge of the delivery service on the Turo App.
