Pickup and drop off is not safe at this location. Youre pretty much pulling off the side of a turn lane and hopping into the vehicle owner has to check you in and out because you literally has no time to do all of that. Only contact for the host is texting not a phone number which is not good. The vehichle itself was fine.
The Ritz Carlton, a five star hotel, deliver the vehicle directly at the front entrance of the hotel! What more can you ask for? This should have been a 5 Star Rating, but some people can’t help themselves! Now this 5 Star rated vehicle will forever be HAUNTED by this women! SMH all the hard work you do just for one person to mess it all up! Well it was nice having 5.0 but now it is what it is, I’ll leave with this, If you book a vehicle at the Ritz Carlton expect it to be delivered there.
