The car quality was excellent. Picking the car up and dropping it off required careful reading of the instructions. But it went well. We would definitely rent from this host again.

Only because i was charged a delivery fee for a vehicle that was listed as being at the airport. The car was not ready at 430. Overall the car was chosen reliable and the owner has great communication.
Your trip was booked for 4:30pm and you got the vehicle before 4:25pm. You selected delivery to Concord Padgette Airport. And we delivered the vehicle there as you requested. You also incorrectly added a one way trip extra and we advised to you to remove it since it didn't match your needs and saved you money. We also got you a baby seat for your trip too.
