Working with the person, was A very responsive and was very clear on the process. The reason why only 4 stars, was the quality of the car. For only 55k miles I was shock by the condition of the interior, it wasn’t the cleanest, and with a slight old cigarette smell. The car itself is nice, but you can tell some previous drivers did not follow his rules. Due to his level of service I would rent through him again, just not that car.
