The description of the vehicle listed one way on the app, but upon arrival for pick up the host gives you the bad news of what features on the vehicle you actually pay for but will be unable to use. She is unapologetic about her false advertisement on line and doesn’t feel that you deserve an apology for the let down much less any compensation. It was a host issue not the app.

We are sorry for the confusion you had with this vehicle but it is listed as having a sun roof and it does clearly have a hard top with a sun roof that opens above the 2 front seats. It is not listed as a softtop. Wrangler are “convertible” because it has options to change the tops, it could have had the hard tops called Freedom tops, but instead we advertise it with this pull back option for ease. The listing does not indicate that it has a soft top and does state the top cannot be removed.
Love the car! i will be renting again. The host was accommodating and kind.
