Passenger door does not open. Did notice until my daughter was attempting to exit at a rest area. She had a panic attack and used the bathroom on herself. Huge safety concern. In addition to that the seats were heavily stained. I always cover rental car seats due to my children’s allergies but a more thorough cleaning needs to be done. Front passenger fender damaged. Only good thing is it’s good on gas.

I'm truly sorry about the scare with your daughter. I wasn't aware of the door issue before this trip. I spoke with her by phone as soon as she reported it, apologized, and the door has since been fully repaired. The car is cleaned before every trip, and its condition, including existing wear on the fender, is documented in timestamped pre trip photos. No seat issues were raised during the trip. Safety and cleanliness matter to us, and we appreciate every guest.
