Highly recommend! The host Donald went above and beyond for me when I had a flat tire 2 hours into my rental. Quick check in and check out process. I will definitely be renting from this host again.

I had a pretty disappointing experience with this rental. First off, the car was absolutely not as pictured—it was dirty and poorly maintained. The interior had stains throughout, which made it feel uncomfortable from the moment we got in. The steering wheel was so greasy and just gross.
Right after starting the car, a tire pressure warning came on. Two of the four tires were significantly underinflated (25 and 26 PSI when they should have been around 40). When I reached out to the owner, the response was simply, “sorry didn’t notice that,” which wasn’t reassuring or helpful given the safety concern. On top of that, the car made a noticeable rattling noise every time we accelerated, which added to the feeling that the vehicle wasn’t in good condition.
Between the condition of the car and the additional unexpected costs ($170 rental, $15 parking fee that wasn’t disclosed upfront, plus paying out of pocket to put air in the tires), this rental was definitely not worth the price.
In my opinion, this vehicle should not be listed in its current state, as it felt close to a breakdown and posed a potential safety issue.
The only positive was that the pickup and drop-off process was seamless—the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
Overall, I would not recommend this rental.

This vehicle is in perfect working condition
And fully maintained these cars sometimes loss air pressure and there not much I can do when the air pressure light comes on when the guest has the vehicle this guest is not being 100% honest if I was more aware of these concerns I could have done more to help in this situation. THANK GOD I LITERALLY HAVE HUNDREDS OF GUEST WHO SAY OTHER WISE ABOUT THIS VEHICLE
