No issues with the car to pick up instructions seem pretty complicated but when I got here to pick up the car, it was actually pretty simple

Thank you for your feedback! Just to clarify, the oil change notification is an advance maintenance reminder and does not mean the vehicle is unsafe or overdue for service. The vehicle was still within its normal maintenance interval. Since guests may drive different distances than originally expected, the reminder can sometimes appear during a trip. We always make sure our vehicles are properly maintained and serviced on schedule. Thank you again for choosing us!
