This is his first time on Turo. He booked my car for its home location, instead of the airport where he was, and was angry that the car wasn't at the airport. If my car had even a fraction of these problems, it wouldn't be allowed on Turo. This is an obvious review bomb, and he took out his anger on booking the car at the wrong location, on the car, and on the review.
He was also extremely rude on text, and made false claims that I threatened his life just because I texted him.
