Pickup was well communicated and in a well-lit, neutral location.
The car was clean and fully fueled, and the instructions were clear and well-timed.
The Honda Pilot was able to fit our family of 6 reasonably well. The rear seat is probably too small for matured children for an extended period of time, but suited my younger kids for the 6 hour trip well enough. Cargo space was sufficient for a weekend trip. Anything beyond that might require a larger vehicle.
I would definitely rent from Reuben again, as well as a Honda Pilot for a simple family trip of <= 5 days.
