oil maintenance light will come one while guest are using the vehicle i can't control until the vehicle is returned. but all of are vehicle gets service and maintained on the regular and this vehicle already has been service. has for like communication really that's a first for me

The vehicle itself was fine, but communication from the host after the trip was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I received an invoice labeled only as “expenses from your trip” and simply asked for an itemized explanation before paying. Instead of just explaining that the $15 charge was for parking, the host responded with an accusatory message about a separate tire issue. I had already paid out of pocket to have the spare installed so the vehicle could be returned safely. I would have appreciated clearer communication and a more professional approach to resolving post-trip concerns. I would not rent from this host again.
