Car was very clean and easy to drive. Pick up and drop off were smooth and easy. Would recommend.

The car is in a great location for pick up and drop off. Very clean slight cigarette smell. I noticed the car makes a noise when driving. Like a rattle noise. Has little damage in the front not really noticeable. But communication is great from the host answer immediately when contacted.

The car was clean, easy to drive, fuel efficient in a great car you use on my business trip. The host did an amazing job letting me know where it is and made the whole rental experience smooth highly recommend.

The host was polite and responsive throughout the process, which I appreciate. However, there were a couple issues with the vehicle that future renters should be aware of.
First, the vehicle had a strong marijuana odor when I picked it up. The listing states a no-smoking policy, but the smell was very noticeable and remained throughout my entire trip. As someone in recovery, that was particularly uncomfortable for me, and I imagine it could be even more difficult for someone newly in recovery/sobriety.
Second, about 12 hours into me having the vehicle, I tried to start the vehicle, the battery had corrosion on the terminal and needed to be jumped. I was asked to transport the vehicle for service and told there could be a $99 towing charge if I didn’t transport it back. I declined because the issue appeared to be related to the condition of the battery rather than anything I caused during my 12 hour rental period.
The host was courteous in communication, but between the strong marijuana odor and the battery issue, the overall experience was disappointing.
