The communication was good, but when I got the car I had to completely clean. It’s a smokers car and I wasn’t made aware of that. There were crumbs in a lot of crevices that were hard to get. There was oil or something greasy, that spilled into the front area, the cup holders in the backseat looked like someone spilled soda in them. I had to spray lemon Lysol all over the seats to help the smell, and then had to go buy air fresheners. It definitely wasn’t how I planned to spend the first hour and half of my trip. Also the photos I took of the car before hand showed things that they don’t keep updated on the car profile.
