The absolute worst experience I’ve had with turo. The vehicle didn’t have working headlights and I got not help from this host, or turo. The host insisted I drive a car on the highway at 9pm at night and when I said I wasn’t comfortable with that I was going to call turo he said, call turo. Turo highly disappointed in your customer service had to sit on the phone, I was on hold most of the time only to be given the run around for hours!! 3 plus hours is ridiculous when I was the one who was inconvenienced sitting in a Walmart parking lot by myself up until midnight only for turo to have me waiting another 19 minutes. Highly disappointed, highly unsatisfied, poor job on the host and terrible job on turo. Oh and icing on the cake the vehicle is supposed to have a back windshield wiper and it just makes a noise when the car is on so if you pick this car better turn up the music, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. So you don’t end up like me.

I am sorry about your bad experience.
Though high beam is and daylight running is good, just only the low beam was out and I didn’t have control over it. Yes told you you could drive with high beam but you insisted and I also offer you ride back home but you never respond. Anyway sorry for the inconvenience
