The car was nice, but pickup location was difficult. It wasn’t close enough to the address I received from the host. On top of that, I was swapped to a different vehicle than the one I wanted. The drop off also had to be changed.

The location was clearly listed in the trip details from the time of booking. We also accommodated your trip and provided flexibility, even though cancellation was an available option. While we appreciate your booking, a lower rating despite our efforts feels unfair and negatively impacts our standing as hosts.

The car was great on gas just enough room for 4 luggage and we rode comfortably for 4 people. The host had great communication with us and worked with me on a late pickup. Would rent this car again.
