Great car, drives smoothly. Overall 5 stars however, being informed that their maybe extra surcharges for the cars parking location without it being an up front cost was a little confusing as well as not being informed in the bio description that there is a traker in the car that monitors your location and speed. There is nothing wrong with protecting your assets, but please make people aware that you actively track their location for them to decide if this is the best option for them not the only option because they had already paid for it.

I would say 99% of turo host track there vehicles. not having that wouldn't make sense
As a turo host we try to make everything as stream line as possible we keep our fleet at the airport for airport travelers convenience but as you can imagine, parking at the airport is very expensive, we're just trying to recoup some very expensive parking fees
Car was fantastic! Clean and drives super well. This car is location at off site parking which requires a shuttle even though it specifies on site with no option to return on site. This can be a giant hassle with small children. This is the only reason for a 4 star rating versus 5.

there is no such thing of any car rental without taking a shuttle bus in Charlotte
whatever cars/rental you have to take a shuttle bus in all garages or anything else unfortunately I can't do anything about that... I just was in San Francisco I had to take a 30 min train to get to the rental cars, so it could be worse. here in Charlotte it's barely a 5 min drive to the parking facility and the shuttle bus will take you right to the vehicle i, and the shuttle bus will take you right back to 🛫
Great clean car. Host was very detailed with pick up and drop off instructions which made it go smoothly
