11 stars for this man! The original car I rented needed some repairs, and Cris contacted me a few days early to work out a plan for me to get the Traverse instead. He was extremely kind, professional, and easy to work with. He made one of my first Turo renting experiences amazing and made me feel comfortable and safe. I 100% recommend him and will be renting with him again in the future!
