The Freon was truly leaking. We apologize for this experience. It. Is too hot for that kind of nonsense. We offered a different vehicle since we have other Tahoes/Suburbans. This has been repaired.
I really enjoyed the vehicle and the owners were extremely kind and easy to work with.

I really enjoyed renting this vehicle for my family during spring break. The pick up was very easy and I was given clear instructions prior. The host was very kind and even offered to provide suggestions for the area, to make our trip more enjoyable. When I had a question, I recieved a response in little to no time. The Tahoe was so clean, smelled fresh with a full tank of gas, ready to go. This was a very smooth and enjoyable ride. It was easy to connect my phone and the back up camera is one of the best I've used. My first time using Turo, I'll definitely be booking through YA again!
